That was a very nice piece but I think everybody already knows that in general we do not coordinate with each other well. More useful would be highlighting those instances where members did coordinate their efforts for us to emulate. We already know how not to coordinate. I have found that trying to arrange to attack targets at the same time or very shortly after another aircraft caused land AA units to reveal themselves was much more difficult after the first attack. The time(s) we were assigned wing-men seemed to go bit better. Emphasizing cooperation of pairs seems like a good place to start to me.
